FAQs

Do plans with subscriptions include minutes?

No. There are no included minutes in subscription plans. 

One of the biggest benefits of Subscription plans is that you pay significantly less per minute on every call, saving our clients money with increased usage. For this reason, no minutes are included in these plans because our clients can quickly surpass subscription costs with savings on usage rates.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. Change your plan at any time for Connect, Plus & Premium plans.

Enterprise plans can make modifications based on the parameters of their contracts. 

Are subscription plans pro-rated? What will my first bill look like?

Yes. With subscriptions, we do pro-rate the first month so you can start at any time.
Your first month will include a charge for the current month’s subscription (pro-rated) and the following month’s subscription. 

How is the Connect Plan "not HIPAA compliant"?

While the Connect Plan has skilled, vetted linguists, it is not restricted to healthcare-qualified interpreters. Connect Plan interpreters are not required to reach or maintain HIPAA certification or standards. 

If you are required by law to meet HIPAA standards for patient (or client) interactions, we strongly recommend the Plus or Premium Plans. 

What are the Plus and Premium Plan cancelation policies?

All subscription plans have a 30-day cancelation policy. 
For example, if you notify Jeenie that you wish to cancel on the 10th of a month, you will still be billed for the following month’s subscription fee and will have access to the service for the month of that subscription (if you choose not to make any calls, you will not have any additional charges). After that month ends, your plan will not renew again.
